How to fill out the form:
1. Complete ALL the fields in the "INFORMATION" section. An incomplete form is not valid. This information is used to calculate the shipping cost.
2. Select the quantity and product you would like to order in the "PRODUCT SELECTION" area. This is achieved by clicking the drop down box and selecting a value.
3. Press the button to add multiple products.
4. You can ask questions or add comments in the "ADDITIONAL INFO" field.
5. Press the "REQUEST INVOICE " button at the bottom of the form and you're done!
What happens after the REQUEST INVOICE button is pressed:
1. When you press the "REQUEST INVOICE " button, all the information in the form is sent to me.
2. I look at the products you have selected and see what size box I can cram them into - smaller is cheaper!
3. I weigh the box and get a shipping quote from my local carrier. Usually, I use Small Packet Air or Expedited Air - it depends on the size and weight of the parcel.
4. I will then prepare an invoice through paypal with the products you selected and the shipping price. I will send this invoice to the e-mail you specified in the "INFORMATION" section.
5. You will then review the invoice and it is your option whether or not you would like to place the order by paying the invoice. You can also do nothing (ie. delete the invoice), in which case the order would not be placed.
6. If you choose to pay the invoice through paypal, you have the option of using a paypal account or a credit card. You can also print the invoice and send in a money order or personal cheque (just let me know). Be sure to keep the payment confirmation e-mail that paypal sends you as this is your receipt.
7. Once payment is received, I will ship the product and send you an e-mail with the details.
